Here is a classic 1960s Rollfast girls bicycle. 26" x 1.75" whitewall tires. Classic design complete with rear rack, built in tank and headlight.
Wonderful original paint with some light rust on some of the chrome, but nothing too bad at all. This bikes beats the heck out of the newer cruisers out on the market today! Perfect city bike or commuter to save money on gas.
This bike comes from the J.R. Planck collection in Cortland NY. As a matter of fact this bike has a Cortland bicycle license decal on it.
Approximate year of manufacturing is 1946(as compared to other models on internet). It has been stored in a carport for many years. Needs new tires(dry rotted). Has lots of surface rust and some dents. All original parts that I know of. Even has a light on the front bumper guard that you switch on(I can't get it to work..not sure how..may need batteries? ) Perfect for the collector who enjoys fixing these types of bikes up.
